We provide Flat Rate Pricing for certain residential services.  If your request is not for one of those services, we can schedule one of our highly trained technicians for a service call on a time and material basis.

Our service rates are: a first hour minimum charge of $240 and $170 per hour after that, in addition to materials and permitting as necessary. Most simple electrical work can be performed under a State of Oregon Minor Label permit for $75. Other permitting costs vary by municipality and scope of work. 

Our technician will arrive with a van stocked with our standard truck stock items, but due to the variety of electrical systems, there may be material that will need to be acquired from a supply house to complete you project. These trips to the supply house are also billable.

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to schedule a technician to arrive on a time and material basis with a one hour minimum ($240) to start work on your project, or agreeing to begin work on one of our flat rate pricing items.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made by phone the day prior to the service requested. If the cancellation is made after 4pm the day prior to your appointment (for example a message left by phone, or email) you will be charged a cancellation fee of $210.
